Vehicare builds a vehicle service history from mechanic invoices. Import a PDF, photo or scan, and it extracts the work performed, parts, individual costs, odometer reading, workshop and date. You can check and change the details before saving, and an unfamiliar vehicle can be added from its invoice.
On Mac, you can drag in files, paste them, or use Finder’s Open With and Services menus. Continuity Camera lets you scan a paper invoice with your iPhone directly into the Mac app. The original invoice stays attached to the visit for later reference.
Using past service records and how much you drive, Vehicare estimates upcoming maintenance and provides reminders without requiring you to build a schedule. It also tracks spending by vehicle and workshop, shows odometer readings over time, and exports service history as PDF or CSV.
Records sync through iCloud across Mac, iPhone and iPad. Siri can answer questions about spending or past services, Spotlight can find vehicles, workshops and visits, and Shortcuts actions support automation.
Invoice reading uses Apple Intelligence on your device. An optional setting allows Apple’s Private Cloud Compute to help with invoices the device cannot finish reading. The Mac app requires Apple silicon.
