Oriloq

Oriloq turns speech into text in any Mac app and transcribes audio and video recordings. You can add custom words and phrases to help it handle vocabulary specific to your work.

Smart Actions combine steps into voice-triggered workflows. For example, you can capture text from the screen, translate it, and paste the result, or transcribe a recording and summarize it. Other steps can run Apple Shortcuts or shell commands, process text with AI prompts, and let you review changes before pasting them. Actions are matched using their titles and descriptions, so you can request them in natural language rather than remember an exact command.

Processing runs locally by default. Local engines run on Apple silicon and can work offline once their models have been downloaded. If you explicitly select a cloud engine, audio is sent to the chosen provider rather than to Oriloq servers.
